Working under minimal supervision, the Maintenance Technician performs spindle alignments, preventative maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting lubrication systems, hydraulics, bar feeders, etc., and troubleshoots control issues on CNC machines. The Maintenance Technician will be able to diagnose and repair most any CNC mechanical issues; pull and replace ball scres, hydraulic and pneumatic issues. They will be able to complete any task given related to facility maintenance demonstrating expertise in plumbing, general carpentry, and numerous tasks involved in facility related issues. Demonstrating the ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, while serving as either a mechanical or technical subject matter expert.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6-10 years of experience
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

• Demonstrated proficiency of Maintenance Technician – Level 1 and Level 2 competencies
• Ability to become forklift certified after receiving training
• Familiar with base hand tools (i.e., wrenches)
• Familiar with basic handheld power tools (i.e., saws, drills, etc.)
• Familiar with basic mounted power tools (i.e., grinders, sanders, etc.)
• Familiar with basic welding equipment (i.e., Mig, stick, TIG)
• Familiar with basic powered carpentry tools (i.e., skill saw, etc.)
• Ability to use dial indicators (i.e., pressure gauges)
• Ability to operate all electronic test equipment
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to perform all facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Ability to train lower level maintenance technicians
