Senior Financial Analyst

Wyman-Gordon, PA, a division of Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC), is a manufacturing leader of Flash Welded and Cold Rolled near net shaped rings for the Gas Turbine Industry.  We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst at our Mountaintop facility, located in Northeast Pennsylvania. 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Performs daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of plant actuals financial data
  • Prepares key deliverables for the division and corporate offices
  • Analyzes job costs to ensure maintenance and improvement of plant profitability
  • Provides sound financial advice to management personnel and acts as a key compliance voice for the plant
  • Reconciles key accounts and performs month-end journal entries as necessary
  • Additional responsibilities will be determined based on the employee’s strengths and level of experience
  • Maintains accurate inventory analysis and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • At least four years of accounting experience in a high-performing environment (manufacturing is a plus)
  • Experience with Oracle is preferred
  • Experience with internal controls and/or Sarbanes Oxley is preferred
