Foundry Operator (5th Shift)

Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule

6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Work only 7 days every 2 weeks while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.

  • Week 1: Work Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Week 2: Work Wed, Thu
  • Enjoy multiple consecutive days off every pay period

What You'll Do

  • Operate vacuum furnaces and casting equipment
  • Monitor production processes and record data
  • Assist with equipment setup and changeovers
  • Follow quality, safety, and production procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For
