Location Profile:

The Noranco Deer Valley and Jet Processing facilities were recently acquired by PCC Aerostructures. PCC provides high precision machined and fabricated components to the commercial and aerospace industry, along with anodizing, passivation and other surface treatments.  Aircraft platforms currently include the Boeing 737, Airbus A380, Lockheed Martin F-35 and Gulfstream E650.  Combined annual sales revenue is in excess of $40 million and growing.

Position Summary:

Level One: Level one Chem-Line Operators, under direct supervision, will be expected to perform a variety of support functions for the Anodize and Chem-Treat departments, including but not limited to racking, un-racking, and cleaning of production aerospace parts. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as adherence to organization safety rules and regulations. Level one Chem-Line Operators will also be performing verifications ensuring that all traces of organic soils, fingerprints, dirt and dust etc. are removed by using solvent cleaners.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interpret traveler/router
  • Basic Documentation Interaction
  • Comply with environmental, hazardous chemical requirements
  • Basic product racking and un-racking
  • Basic print reading
  • Basic customer/industry specifications and familiarity
  • Basic in-process inspection (Dimensional & Visual)
  • Basic knowledge/adherence to process controls
  • Complete required basic rec. documentation.

 Required Skills:

  • Read and write English
  • Basic computer skills

 Required Experience:

  • 0-1 Years of Experience

 Level of Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED desired but not required.
