Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides the full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business including sourcing and selection of qualified candidates for the assigned internal group.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engages the business to forecast current and future talent needs
  • Leads initial role intake with field HR and hiring managers
  • Manages requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Markets open positions through multiple channels to attract qualified candidates
  • Ensures candidates in process meet the qualifications for the position prior to presentation to hiring manager
  • Develops and maintains relationships with candidates through the selection process.
  • Establishes employer brand as the first point of contact and tracks candidates through the selection process.
  • Collaborates with field HR and hiring managers using feedback for targeted search efforts
  • Lead role status updates with site and division leadership
  • Build the pipeline of candidates who may be a fit for the organization now or in the future
  • Manages metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and costing data
  • May be engaged in projects such as benchmarking, university relations, employer branding, or related.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Communication, Marketing or related discipline preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting for exempt personnel highly preferred.
For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $70,000 to $95,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.  For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
