ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under general supervision, unloads wire from delivery trucks and delivers it to the focused factories.

  1. Unloads wire from delivery truck and place in storage area.
  2. Delivers wire to operators per tag instructions.
  3. Handles return and rejections to stock of raw materials and prepare write-ups.
  4. Retrieves empty wire stand and deliver to dock and load truck as required.
  5. Assists in maintaining inventory control for raw material.
  6. Maintains preventative maintenance on fork lift.
  7. Complies with all environmental safe practices and regulations. Reads all MSDS’ and possesses thorough knowledge of all oil and chemical labeling and storage requirements.
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  1. Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  2. Certificate from a technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  1. Language: ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to verbally communicate effectively.
  2. Reasoning Ability: ability to apply common send understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
  3. Ability to read & interpret router instructions & specifications.
  4. Basic knowledge of shop math.
  5. Performs inspection: visual and manual using the following – comparators & microscopes.
  6. Accurately enters data into computer program: Job Clock System.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $18.00 to $22.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.  For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 69 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
