The Senior Human Resource Generalist will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies in several functional areas to advance business objectives, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Performance. This is an onsite position is based in Santa Ana, CA. 


Responsibilities:
• Drive strong engagement strategies with hourly and salary workforce in all areas by advocating for increased DEI initiatives, hosting round table meetings, fostering positive employee relations, and planning monthly/quarterly/annual events.
• Provide guidance on employment issues such as: harassment, discrimination, corrective actions, managing expectations. Partners with internal Labor and Employee Relations team. 
• Lead workplace investigations and respond to allegations or complaints regarding workplace issues and recommend appropriate course of action. 
• Partners with managers and supervisors to address and elevate teams' performance through training & development recommendations, performance improvement plans, discipline and other coaching.
• Prepare reports and metrics as requested or required to measure human resource related functions such as collecting and reporting on statistical data such as turnover, diversity, new hires, transfers, etc. for monthly and quarterly review.
• Develop and drive the onsite communication strategy for the location (announcements, electronic and hard copy boards, etc.) • Partners with local leadership team to develop human capital and succession plans. 
• Manage HR project work that supports business strategies on as needed basis. 
• Collaborates with HR team members across multiple sites to coordinate events and initiatives. • Other duties as assigned. 


Education, Skills, Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in increasing HR generalist experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required
• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration, conflict resolution, effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly skilled in MS Office Suite. (PowerPoint, Excel) required, Workday preferred
• Results-driven, self-motivated with an emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments
• Consistently demonstrates the highest level of personal ethical conduct and leads by example with strong values, maintaining high level of confidentiality
• Strong customer focus with the ability to manage and organize multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions to provide solutions. Identifies and works toward problem resolution.

Bilingual in written and spoken English and Spanish (highly preferred).

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $70,600 to $105,800 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.  For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
