Spring/Summer Operations Intern - Co-op Position

  

Position Overview: Starting in April as a Spring/Summer Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to our operations team in various areas, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn about our manufacturing processes, quality standards, and operational best practices while assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support production activities, including machining, assembly, and inspection
  • Assist with inventory management and materials handling
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to quality control and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges
