Position Summary:
QC Certification clerk issues certifications for customer shipments, lot number, heat treatment data, material certs, independent testing of heat treat process, retrieve process certifications and match with relevant shipments. The QC Certification Clerk stores the receiving inspection documents using computer software, ERP system/doc database, following procedures and certification codes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspects dimensions of incoming product and material using standard tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, and indicators
- Visually checks incoming product for any defects
- Reviews certifications and paperwork on incoming material and products
- Keeps accurate records of completed inspections
- General housekeeping in inspection area
- Familiar with quality clause requirements and standards for inspection

Mathematical Skills:

Required Experience:
