Position Summary: 
Under general supervision, performs machining operations to manufacture. 
installation tool components. Inspects components for product quality, ensuring. 
they match blueprint requirements.

Position Accountabilities:
1. Sets up and operates two CNC lathes. 
2. Uses various controls to ensure proper machine operations (Fanuc, Bendix, 
Siemons). 
3. Sets up and verifies tooling prior to operating machines. 
4. Inspects parts to determine dimensional tolerance. 
5. Insures that product/part conforms to all required specifications. 
6. Maintains clean and safe work area. 
7. Complies with all environmental safe practices and regulations. Reads all 
MSDS’ and possesses thorough knowledge of all oil and chemical labeling and 
storage requirements. 
8. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. 


Position Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION • High school or equivalent and 
vocational/specialized training in CNC. 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE • 3-5 years related experience. 

SKILLS:

• Blueprint reading 
• Inputs data into computer programs 
• Inspection 
• Thorough knowledge of measurement 
skills 
• CNC controls software (Fanuc, Bendix 
and Siemons) 
• Calculator 
• Inspection equipment (gauges, 
comparator, caliper, micrometer) 
• Operate CNC Lathe 
• Strong mathematical ability 

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION • None

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.75 to $38.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.  For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
