LEAD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains daily and weekly production output to meet the production plan and minimizes scrap.
  • Ensures outgoing patterns meet or exceed standards. Enforces work standards per company policy
  • Ensures proper training of direct reports. Determines standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned.
  • Takes initiative on problem solving efforts
  • Reviews production and operating reports and ensures operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems are resolved to minimize costs and prevent operational delays.
  • Ensures documentation of standard operational and working practices is followed.
  • Collaborates on development and implementation of the structures and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its growth.
  • Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined, understood, and executed.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Currently hold the following job title:
      • Production Wax Assembler
      • Wax Outsource Inspector
      • Wax Dimensional Inspector
    • Currently working 3rd shift or wiling to move to 3rd shift
    • All PCC Wax Center job bid qualifications applies:
      • 12 months in your current position
      • Less than 4 occurrences
      • No active step 2 or more corrective action plan
