PCC Airfoils LLC has achieved its preeminent position in the manufacture of aircraft engine blades and vanes and is rapidly gaining market share in the Industrial Gas Turbines industry through pushing the boundaries of Advanced Technology. Whether it is repair working, or preventative maintenance, the Electrician is the subject matter expert for our team.   • Maintains, installs, repairs, and adjusts electrical systems and equipment that provider power to the production equipment and facilities.
  • Plans and designs instrumentation/electrical projects and aids on technical issues.
  • Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and building equipment.
  • Connects power supply wires to machines and building equipment and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.
  • Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, motor starters, MCC panels/circuits, variable frequency drives and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
  • Responsible for maintaining building lighting, emergency lights/exit lights, 120-volt outlets.  Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings; Performs preventative maintenance tasking on all electrical utilities and equipment.
  • A high school diploma is required. Certification in an electrical skills program is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of three to five years of active electrical trouble shooting, in an industrial manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

  • Ability to perform duties in working conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes, multiple physical positions and other elements for extended periods of time.   • A thorough knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical theory, safety and shop practices as well as federal, state, municipal and underwriters’ specifications, codes, and ordinances
