It all ends with Shipping/Receiving. As the ending point of our entire manufacturing process, Shipping/Receiving operators are responsible for product movement between multiple vendors. We ship to our customer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Passionately works in a safe manner by following all safety rules, and providing recommendations to help make PCC a safe work environment.
  • Achieves team production goals by working to meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Load and unload the vendor shipments while preparing proper documentation while using internal lot control system.
  • Move incoming and outgoing product to proper staging areas within the plant.
  • Prepare final customer shipments including weighing, quantity verification, banding and loading on to common carrier trucks.

Experience and Education

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by manufacturing experience.
  • One year of Shipping/Receiving experience preferred.
  • Fork Lift / Tow Motor experience preferred.
