JOB FUNCTION:

 

It will be your responsibility to tag molds properly, de-hook, grind, dewax, flash fire, and program fire molds.

 

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Provide the floor area with product on time.

 

  1. You will be required to run sensitive equipment.

 

  1. You will be required to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.

 

  1. Provide quality product by following all O.I. instructions as well as PES requirements.

 

  1. Assist and support the 6S program.

 

  1. You will be required to be a Team Player to meet production goals.

 

 

EDUCATION:

 

High school education.

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

Three months OJT training.

 

 

 

 

INITIATIVE AND INGENUITY:

 

Normal initiative and ingenuity.

 

 

EFFORT:

 

Lift/move from 20-30 pounds up to 4 times per hour.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

 

Responsible for self.  Make sure parts meet quality standards.  Make sure you follow all safety rules.  Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.

 

 

JOB CONDITIONS:

 

Good working conditions.

This job can be extremely hot at times.

Dusty, very physical and mental.
