This position plays a key role in the design, development, and management of PCC’s early career rotational management development programs in the US and Canada including:
Management Development Program (MDP)
Finance/Accounting Development Program (FDP)
Information Technology Development Program (IDP)
Human Resources Development Program (HRDP)
Industry 4.0 (Automation) Development Program (4DP)
These programs are intended to develop the next generation of business leaders, strengthen our talent pipeline, and support the company’s growth.
