Job Description  

Level one assembly operators work under direct supervision to interpret basic work instructions and safely operate/attend basic 2-5 component assembly machines to assemble a single fastener component. Level one will demonstrate competencies in basic shop math, basic print reading, and mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of assembly components, including form and function, and lube function for performance. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Basic Loading/Unloading Product (Delivering Product)
• In Process Inspection/Visual Management of Machine
• Production Paperwork/Operation Audit
