- Order, receive, file, maintain, control, and archive all program documents, drawings, and specifications per defined processes and procedures
- Provide suppliers with requested documentation
- Maintain and control all Supplier Evaluations and Terms and Conditions
- Securely dispose or return documents on program completion
- Input, maintain, and update master drawing, digital data, and document list in MRP
- Receive Customer change notices daily and initiate Change Order documentation as required
- Maintain and update BQMS documentation and provide support to BQMS owners/users with Adobe and Visio flow charting as requested
- May occasionally perform special projects
- Archive manufacturing routings, purchase order receipts, and certifications
- May support BQMS and related system process training
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of data entry experience
- Good working knowledge of BQMS processes related to Document Control
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Syteline/ESI)
- Efficient use of time in prioritizing, organizing, and completing tasks
- Capable of consistent accuracy
- Well organized and good attention to detail
- Ability to professionally communicate and work cooperatively with others
- Willingness to learn and support training of others
