Summary The Accounting Specialist will perform several accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash transactions, account balancing, journal entries and various other finance responsibilities. Essential Functions · Responsible for full accounts payable processing for three entities, including two US entities and one UK entity · Assist with accounts receivable processing, including invoice generation for the same three entities · Complete payment transactions for both domestic and international payments via automated check processing, ACH and wires · Balance accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash · Complete month-end journal entries for accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash · Complete account reconciliations for above accounts · Assist with Financial Quarterly Review completion · Assist with division quarter-end requests · Complete special projects including internal, division and corporate requests · Adhere to all SOX requirements to ensure full SOX compliance · Perform all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct Education and Experience - Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance or
- A minimum of two-years experience
- Sox experience preferred
