Since the early days of aviation, PCC has worked closely with our customers to develop and specify the best products for their applications. We’ve created new materials, designs, and manufacturing practices to satisfy an ever changing industry. PCC engineered product applications include all wing/fuselage structural parts; engine lock-plates/bracketry; complete passenger/exit doors; major flap support and actuation structures; spars, skins, and bulkheads; swaged control rods, cables, and actuation and flight control assemblies; and complex latches, quick release BALL-LOK® pins, and specialized fasteners.

For more than a half century, we have been involved in producing products which meet our customers' exact requirements. Avibank is a major supplier to commercial airlines and have received Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) from the FAA. We supply products used in a variety of applications in diverse industries such as aircraft, aerospace, automotive, marine, communications, railway, computers, medical equipment, and many others. Avibank and AVK were acquired by SPS Technologies in 2000. PCC acquired all SPS Technologies companies in 2003.
Using expertise and knowledge of Company and a specific product line, an Inside Sales Manager solicits job contracts from industrial establishments for manufacture of aerospace products by performing the following duties.
  • Coordinates product development and customer requirements with Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Manufacturing.
  • Prepares price quotations or bids based on knowledge of material and labor costs and manufacturing schedules and processes.
  • Submits bid to customer for examination and approval.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
  • Develops strategy to drive growth and take market share for assigned product line.
  • Works closely with the inside sales associates and outside sales engineers.
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Talks with customers by phone to solicit orders for such products as pins, latches, struts, threaded products and tooling.
  • Attends trade shows as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid knowledge of business processes and IT tools including, but not limited to, ERP systems, Forecasting and Data Mining.
