AVK Industrial Products, a Precision Castparts Company, manufactures superior mechanical inserts, studs, compression limiters, and installation tool systems. AVK produces blind installed threaded fasteners for transportation and general industrial markets worldwide. We use state of the art high-speed cold forming equipment to produce blind installed threaded inserts and studs. 
We feature product lines of both unified (INCH) and metric fasteners along with numerous special designs that meet customer application requirements. All aspects of our business are controlled and certified to the exacting requirements of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 international standards. (CSR Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales).  Provide service and support to customers, outside sales organization, sales management regarding shipment status, order entry, order follow up, customer returns, customer quality concerns, customer portal coordination and assist with general customer related issues and opportunities.
• Process customer orders/ changes according to terms and conditions and established department policies and procedures.
• Provide shipment information and current status of order/s for customers.
• Ensure orders are shipped timely, per customer delivery dates by coordination with manufacturing.
• Manage customers regarding order delivery changes, partial shipments and part substitution within parameters set by Sales Department.
• Interfaces with external and internal customers as required; AVK Customers, Field Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Management to support customer needs.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customer contacts.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
• Ensure automotive procedures and work instructions are followed.

High School, AA Degree and or two to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as procedure manuals, work orders, shipping schedules, etc... Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Internet software; order processing systems ie. Syteline, spreadsheet software and word processing software, or similar programs MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
