PCC Structurals is the world leader in superalloy, aluminum and titanium investment casting.  With applications in jet aircraft engines, airframes, industrial gas turbine (IGT) engines, military armaments, medical prosthesis, and many other industrial markets, we provide a wide portfolio of high-quality components, some as large as 100 inches (250cm).

Composites Horizons (CHI) is a leading supplier of advanced aerospace composites. For over 40 years, we have specialized in difficult to manufacture, performance critical components and utilized the latest technologies to engineer lightweight aerospace composites, composite aircraft structures and assemblies that provide exceptional strength and high temperature performance. Situated in Covina, California, our Vision is to be a world-class provider of composite structures for complex applications.

Engineers are responsible for the following:

• Understanding all aspects of composites part manufacturing including prepreg handling, ply definition, lay-up, curing, machining and assembly, plus identification of safety considerations where appropriate.
• Proficient in root cause and corrective action analysis and dispositioning of MRB tickets.
• Familiarity with different tooling concepts, part design requirements and raw material suppliers.
• Program cost control, i.e., coordination of change activity required to achieve desired GP.

• Versed in production planning, MWI documentation  and quality/testing requirements.

• Preparation, release and follow up of product manufacturing process documentation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work independently and with teams across a broad spectrum of positions and departments (e.g., quality, production, program management). Must work well with customers.

Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
