Leads daily line walk to assure shop floor and inside sales teams are meeting the line each day.
Partner with the leadership team at the mill to successfully plan and execute to meet shipment targets
Provide financial forecasting
Lead the NASC team to execute according to budget and goals
Responsible for Inventory, P&L, Budget process
Oversee all capital and lease expenses for the service center locations
Establishes operational standards for safety, on-time delivery, quality, cost control and waste reduction.
Directs implementation and execution of manufacturing policies and continuous improvement practices throughout the various sites.
Oversees the implementation of manufacturing schedules, manpower and facilities requirements, quality control, production, production control standards and safety programs.
Recommends and implements strategic changes in manufacturing and operations strategy to meet the strategic objectives of TIMET.
Insures prompt and economical receipt of needed materials and supplies to ensure on time delivery of finished products to customers.
Builds, develops and manages manufacturing leadership team capable of carryout out needed manufacturing strategies and improving employee relations.
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships
Directs and oversees the operations budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience working with special metals, particularly titanium.
Proof of US citizenship, nationality, and/or permanent resident status in order to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations
