Summary Manage processes to improve product quality and production efficiency. Essential Functions Develop, analyze, and implement production quality control systems to improve quality and maximize productivity. Manage the process of manufacturing routers. Manage staff of manufacturing engineers and technicians. Develop and implement or improve production processes to improve production. Embrace and participate in an operating culture that promotes involvement, communication, expectations, and accountability and has a passion for excellence. Participate in the plant safety initiative; work safely; identify and address unsafe acts and conditions; and practice good housekeeping “5S”. Train in and consistently execute policies, procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
Additional Responsibilities
Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Engineering School, with a Master's in Material Science. 7-10 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing; experience in piping and/or extrusion with stainless steel preferred. Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus but not required. Special Skills
