Position Summary:

This position is located in Reno, NV at the Avibank Services location.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building relationships with customers, providing quotations, negotiating with customers, and completing customer RFP’s.  The Sales Account Manager will lead sales and customer service for the company’s airline MRO, aftermarket, and OEM accounts.  The ideal candidate will assist in continuing to grow the company to achieve annual sales goals and targets.  This position will manage inside and outside sales for an Aircraft parts manufacturer in Southern California.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the life cycle of customer accounts
  • Become an expert on company products
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Prepares Quotations
  • Manages Returns
  • Completes sales analysis and forecasting
  • Updates customer sales portals
  • Communicate with production facility teams in Southern California for sales, delivery, quality, and new product development
  • Develop sales reporting on performance

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated relationship building, sales and negotiating skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • Strong business acumen 

Required Experience:

  • Previous sales experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, or Medical industries
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience 

Level of Education:

  • S. or A.S. degree from an accredited college or university
