The Program Manager, Diversity Recruiting provides the full range of activities related to the diversity recruiting strategy, communication, and execution. This role will work directly with PCC divisions to make a direct impact on PCC’s pipeline of diverse talent specifically veteran talent. This position reports directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engages the business to deliver on AAP, OFCCP, and internal goals.
  • Manages and leads the calendar of events and strategy to diversify PCC’s talent pipeline.
  • Reviews division attraction plan for diverse applicants with division HRVPs and HR site leaders.
  • Communicates at minimum quarterly with division HRVPs and other stakeholders on progress and upcoming events where sites can engage in diversity recruiting.
  • Markets open positions through multiple channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborates with greater PCC Talent Acquisition team to find placements for qualified candidates.
  • Liaison for all diversity partners including but not limited to: diversity organizations outside PCC, diversity career fair events, AAP/OFCCP compliance vendors, and department of labor.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with candidates through the selection process.
  • Collaborates with field HR and hiring managers using feedback for targeted search efforts
  • Build the pipeline of candidates who may be a fit for the organization now or in the future
  • May be engaged in projects such as benchmarking, university relations, employer branding, or related.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Communication, Marketing or related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting required.
  • Prior experience working high volume career events required
  • Prior experience communicating recruitment deliverables to high level executives required.
  • Prior experience recruiting for manufacturing required.
  • Ability to travel 20-30%
