If you have experience as a certified X-Ray Technician Level II, apply for this role to continue your career in the exciting field of Non-Destructive Testing. The X-Ray Technician Level II is responsible for reviewing both digital images and film images to ensure the integrity and quality of our highly technical parts before they are shipped to our customer. 
  • Passionately works in a safe manner by following all safety rules, and providing recommendations to help make PCC a safe work environment.
  • Achieves team production goals by working to meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Following the appropriate methods, reviews processed X-Ray film to ensure the castings are conforming to customer specifications.
  • Accurately records and reports results using the appropriate PCC Mentor systems.
  • Ensures equipment is calibrated per specifications.
  • Trains and provides guidance to X-Ray Level I’s to assist in their development and performance.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by manufacturing experience.
  • One year of manufacturing experience preferred. Previous experience in the casting industry is a plus.
  • Must have X-Ray Level I certification.
  • X-Ray Level II certification is highly preferred.

  • Shop Math: Understanding of basic math calculations
