  • Shop scheduling and planning/control, including inventory management.
    • o   Experience in Machine shop scheduling; tooling, program, fixtures, and etc.
    • o   Setting up Virtual and physical queue systems
  • Apply hands-on production planning and scheduling expertise in an ERP/MRP environment, preferably Sytleline experience.
  • Develop master schedule and capacity plans for all areas of the manufacturing shop.
  • Working with planners to optimize system parameters.  

Drive measurable improvement in on-time delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. A strong work ethic, organizational skills, and people skills are required. The candidate should excel at communication with company management, customers, and suppliers. The ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment is needed. Excellent leadership skills are required with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through motivating and developing others. The candidate must have the ability to influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. - APICS (CPIM) and working knowledge of planning and inventory control fundamentals. - Minimum of 8 plus years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in the Production Planning & Scheduling field. - Expert level knowledge of ERP/MRP operating systems. - Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices. - Experienced in the use of Microsoft office products
  • Six Sigma training preferred
  • MS Project experience
  • Coordinate plant prioritization activities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (to include Macros, Pivot tables, understanding conditional formats, and analytical tools)
