• Develop an electronic system for tracking and monitoring critical spares usage, to include inventory amounts, frequency of replacements, replacement lead-times, etc.
• Develop tooling bills of material (BOMs) for all high-volume part numbers
• Develop and maintain process detail sheets for all critical production jobs through engineering department and document control system.
• Longer-term projects include supporting the integration of systematic methods used for new product introductions to include with onboarding for all engineering personnel
• Develop templates for all process documentation related to production part numbers
• Process detail sheets and tooling bill of materials
• Must have completed a minimum of 20 credits with an average GPA of 3.0 or better
• Preferred major field of study to be related to the position.
• Compose internal/external letters and memos
• Good verbal communication skills
• Data entry using MS Office, QAD, or other software systems
• Analyze statistical data
• Follow instructions
• Perform other duties as assigned
