The Program Management Intern assists with the administration of assigned customer project/programs, which includes deliveries and all other matters affecting customer relations. This position assists with scheduling and supporting proposal/contract review meetings and processing contract amendments. This position supports customer communication pertaining to product information, inquiries, contracts and/or purchase orders. The ideal candidate would be interested in working in the manufacturing industry and a strong desire to work in sales.
  • Understand, adhere, and demonstrate to the company’s commitment to QUALITY and SAFETY!
  • Screen customer related documentation for adequacy
  • Update MRP system
  • Assist with Quoting Process
  • Preparation of Customer Quotes
  • Assist with New Business Coordination
  • Scan POs
  • Assist with new business customer quotes
  • Assist with obtaining required customer information such as drawings and specifications needed to produce the product.
  • Obtain purchase orders from customer’s systems
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
Must be a student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Power Point)
  • Strong and well-developed verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Detailed oriented, accurate, and organized and can maintain good organization of soft and hard data
  • Demonstrates consulting, prioritization, planning, and project management skills.
