PCC Structurals is the world leader in superalloy, aluminum and titanium investment casting. With applications in jet aircraft engines, airframes, industrial gas turbine (IGT) engines, military armaments, medical prosthesis, and many other industrial markets, we provide a wide portfolio of high-quality components, some as large as 100 inches (250cm).

PCC Structurals is looking for future/current college graduates to join our IT Rotational Program. Throughout this three-year program, you will learn system controls and data acquisition from many types of machinery within the Company.  The goal of this rotational program is to develop the knowledge and skill set to become future automation, controls and IT leaders in the organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The ITRP is a three-year rotational program which supports the Structurals Division across the US. Each ITRP will have the opportunity to choose a mentor that will guide them through the program in addition to the support of top leaders across the Division.
Program participants are immersed into a full-time technical role, rotational assignments include: Automation Engineering, Controls Engineering and SCADA Development.

Experience & Education:
•    Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident 
•    BS degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering degree preferred) from an accredited University
•    A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
•    Intern or co-op experience is preferred, but not required 
•    Prior experience in manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required

Required Skills:
•    Demonstrated leadership ability and team building skills. This may be obtained through membership in scholastic clubs or associations, extracurricular affiliations, or memberships, or as described more fully in applicants resume.
•    Relocation required 

PROGRAM COMPLETION
It is the intent of the program to prepare and place successful ITRP graduates to a full time HR position within the Structurals Division.
