RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and adhere to PCC’s Cardinal Rules of Safety and Cardinal Rules of Quality at all times.
• Daily coordination with SMP Wickliffe and Eastlake maintenance management on each plant’s needs and priorities.
• Ensure efficiency on closing work orders; understands what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete work orders.
• Prepare Preventative Maintenance (PM)/project plans that are in sync with the MaintiMizer scheduled dates.
• Order, receive, and supervise the required materials needed to support maintenance activities.
• Lead communication between maintenance and operations to ensure everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
• Coordinate planned downtime to reduce mean time between failures and minimize the interference with production schedules. (Use maintenance KPIs to refine plans to drive for better results.)
• Work closely with the Maintenance Reliability Engineer to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• Responsible for gathering and preparing technical documentation including drawings (P&ID, schematics, etc.), specifications, spare parts lists, critical OEM operation manuals, and updates the MaintiMizer system; (PM tasks are correct, accurate time keeping, and detailed work notes.)
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Must be available to support scheduled PMs, projects, and emergency repairs; (as needed; evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager
• Implement and enforce safety measures to ensure all work is completed within safety guidelines.
• Develop Standardized Maintenance Plans for all maintenance work.
• Develop, Monitor and Update Asset Hierarchy and Bill of Materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have minimum of 2 years combined experience in Maintenance Planning & Scheduling roles.
• Must be able to read/understand blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Successful time management and organizational skills
• Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Physical surrounding varies from pleasant to extreme temperatures.
• Must possess ability to climb and work at varying heights.
