This position will work with world class solution providers to develop and implement an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) & Digital Manufacturing strategy in a greenfield center of excellence operation in Mason Ohio. The successful candidate will be working with global IT and manufacturing teams to lead technology driven business process transformation and innovation in the manufacturing IT environment.


Position reports to the Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing, with dotted line reporting to the IT Director.


Responsibilities:

· Partner with Division IT to setup the greenfield operation in compliance with corporate IT policies, the IT internal control framework, and cybersecurity.

· Work with Industry 4.0 solution providers, equipment manufacturers, and the ERP vendor to design and implement the required systems integrations points and data flow to achieve best in class lights-out-manufacturing.

· Work with solution providers to develop, implement, and continuously improve, MES, SCADA, and KPI outputs.

· Utilize project management best practices to ensure goals are clearly defined, resourced, and achieved in junction with business objectives.

· Prepare documentation and lead weekly/monthly project steering committee status reporting.

· Help support Corporate and Division data governance and master data initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience).Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent project-related experience).

· Minimum 5 years IT Management experience. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with Industry 4.0, robotics, digital manufacturing, MS SQL, PowerBI, MES, IoT, and ERP Systems

· Experience architecting and implementing data projects on Cloud

· Thorough understanding of data and analytics services on Azure IoT.

· Deep understanding of the latest product stack that supports Cloud and Big data

· Proven problem-solving capability required. Excellent communication skills required. Ability to be largely self-directed with weekly, monthly project status reporting and objective accountably.

· Additional experience is desirable in Kepware, Ignition, DELMIA Apriso, Syteline ERP.

· Some travel required
