Responsible for establishing and maintaining production schedules in one or more departments; either first operations or complex second operation departments.  Maintain scheduling boards listing each job in run sequence by machine and facility code.

Maintain listing of job waiting tools.

Review master schedules and machine schedules continuously to ensure that the established sequence is followed.

Reading pan tags, reporting production data.

Coordinate significant schedules changes with Production Control.

Receiving job instructions and procedures.

Perform other duties as necessary or appropriate to the position.


The incumbent must have the ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Must have demonstrated proficiencies in skills and essential functions required for any of the lesser rated Materials Control positions and presently operate or have ability to operate related office equipment with routine training and follow written and verbal instructions. GED required.

Arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions.

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking ability

Computer specifically Microsoft Excel experience.
