PCC Structurals is the world leader in superalloy, aluminum and titanium investment casting.  With applications in jet aircraft engines, airframes, industrial gas turbine (IGT) engines, military armaments, medical prosthesis, and many other industrial markets, we provide a wide portfolio  of high-quality components, some as large as 100 inches (250cm).

PCC San Leandro specializes in air and vacuum investment cast components for aerospace, energy and commercial applications. With over 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space located in the east Bay Area of California, San Leandro’s renowned engineering services and superior capabilities have resulted in significant growth for the plant.
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the General Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operations of the facility. Responsible for the electrical and mechanical servicing of plant production equipment, physical plant infrastructure, utilities, and surrounding grounds. All activities are to be performed in accordance with state & federal regulations and company policies & procedures.
  • Supervises the activities of skilled trades employees engaged in the maintenance of the manufacturing facility, including production equipment, utilities, & plant grounds.
  • Assigns jobs and establishes work schedules to meet the workload of the maintenance department.
  • Inspects jobs in process, and at completion, to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
  • Directs skilled trades in the operation and maintenance of steam generating, electrical, compressed gases, vacuum, and water and refrigeration systems to provide uninterrupted service.
  • Ensures compliance to established preventive maintenance activities to ensure all production machinery and equipment are maintained in proper working condition.
  • Maintains an efficient, safe, and healthy working condition for all employees.
  • Ensures inventories of maintenance materials, supplies, equipment and repair parts are available for the planned work schedule.
  • Recommends equipment and processes needed to improve production efficiency and/or cost reduction procedures.
  • Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology or related field, or commensurate experience in all phases of manufacturing maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience in estimating maintenance and repair costs is considered an asset.
  • Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System preferred
  • Must be willing to respond to emergency calls on evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and full drug screen.
