Wyman-Gordon: Wyman-Gordon is a worldwide supplier to the aerospace and industrial gas turbine markets. We hold quality accreditations for all of the major airframe and engine manufacturers for both civil and military applications. Wyman-Gordon creates rotating closed-die forgings which are critical for aerospace and land-based gas turbines.  Wyman-Gordon also manufactures structural forgings for airframe, nuclear, petrochemical, power generation, and space applications.
Located in Dillon, South Carolina Wyman Gordon is a major industrial manufacturer serving a wide range of industries including aerospace, power generation, and industrial businesses. 
The primary focus will to assist in the Apriso application implementation, assist in project conceptual designs, detail engineering design, core design and site design implementation. The successful candidate will work with the global IT and manufacturing teams to lead technology driven business process transformation and innovation in the manufacturing IT environment.
• Partner with Division IT to setup the greenfield operation in compliance with corporate IT policies, the IT internal control framework, and cybersecurity.
• Work with Industry 4.0 solution providers, equipment manufacturers, and the ERP vendor to design and implement the required systems integrations points and data flow to achieve best in class lights-out-MES manufacturing system.
• Work with solution providers to develop, implement, and continuously improve, MES, SCADA, and KPI outputs.
• Utilize project management best practices to ensure goals are clearly defined, resourced, and achieved in junction with business objectives.
• Prepare documentation and lead weekly/monthly project steering committee status reporting.
• Help support Corporate and Division data governance and master data initiatives.
• Data mining, data analysis, develops reports and queries for production, finance, sales, etc.
• Minimum of 5 Years of experience with Apriso Dassault Systemes and ERP structure and data to drive reports and application via Progress and SQL server.
• 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably aerospace.
• Analyzes technical and business requirements and translates them into system specifications.
• Conducts individual and group training sessions.
• Technical understanding of business application systems and their underlying hardware.
• Possess demonstrated working knowledge of database concepts, theories and principles; program concepts, techniques and languages.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business requirements to the technology teams.
• Ability to understand and communicate/present detailed & advanced business solutions.
• Experience with Installations, Setups, Configuration, Implementation, Integration and Testing of Apriso Dassault Systemes.
• Experience Documenting Application Requirements, Technical Specifications, Use-Cases, Workflow Processes.
• Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products.
• Design and troubleshoot process control systems and systems integration configuration preferable Apriso Dassault Systemes and Infor Syteline.
• Database programming skills a plus. (SCADA, Apriso Dassault Systems, ERP Infor Syteline is a plus.)
• Compliance and enforcement of company, safety, environmental, governmental policies and regulations as they apply.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience). Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent project-related experience).
• Minimum 5 years IT experience and Industry 4.0, robotics, digital manufacturing, MS SQL, PowerBI, MES, IoT, and ERP Systems.
• Experience architecting and implementing data projects on Cloud.
• Thorough understanding of data and analytics services on Azure/AWS.
• Deep understanding of the latest product stack that supports Cloud and Big data.
• Proven problem-solving capability required.  Excellent communication skills required. Ability to be largely self-directed with weekly, monthly project status reporting and objective accountably.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Kepware, DELMIA, Apriso, Ortems, CATIA 3D Experience is desirable.
• Some travel required.
• Good understanding of PLC ladder logic, programming methods, and process related control systems. (Allen Bradley Micro Logix, RS Logix 500 and Control Logix Platforms)
• Ability to design/enhance HMI applications.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Able to work independently as a productive member of a team.
• Will follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job under minimal supervision.
