We are seeking a Senior Analyst for our financial systems to join a high-visibility Corporate FP&A team tasked with our company's ongoing transformation of financial processes and systems, leveraging Oracle EPM and ERP cloud technology.  The candidate will assume a hands-on role in the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of existing systems and processes as well as supporting the team’s continuous improvement initiatives and further deployment of EPM technologies across the entire enterprise.   This role requires a balance of experience in financial systems, accounting, finance, and business partnering.  

Primary Responsibilities and Areas of Involvement
•    Maintains the daily financial systems functionality including several critical to financial close, reporting, and planning processes
•    Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that may arise through coordinating with internal team members, outside partners, and/or respective business units
•    Maintains the documentation of system architecture including dissemination of monthly and quarterly software update impact assessments  
•    Maintains and enhances implemented EPM/Cloud ERP solutions, working with internal team members on existing and future system functionality
•    Coordinate and document regular testing of systems as necessary in support of updates and enhancements 

Ideal Candidate Attributes/Skills
The ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong EPM and/or Cloud ERP technical background and is looking for an opportunity to advance their skillset and has:
•    A commitment to a continuous learning mindset that builds expertise in applying cloud EPM/ERP technologies
•    Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex analytical work to a broad audience, including ability to train users and internal staff on advanced concepts
•    Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels including employees, management, outside business partners, vendors and consultants
•    Contribute to a positive and helpful environment while providing users with ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
•    Understanding of accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) along with a functional understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) including an understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting
•    Resourcefulness in troubleshooting; demonstrated ability to apply a logical process to research and understand how to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
•    Advanced understanding of multi-dimension data concepts such as metadata, dimensions, data cubes, and storage structures (BSO ASO)

•    Familiarity with implementing/integrating/maintaining Oracle EPM technologies - Planning & Budgeting Cloud (PBC), Account reconciliation cloud (ARC), Data Relationship Management (DRM), Financial Close and Consolidation (FCC), Fusion Cloud (ERP) 
•    Experience conducting testing (e.g., system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing), and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides
•    General understanding of accounting processes and how to apply to business cycles such as procure to pay and capital lifecycle

Qualifications 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
•    Mastery of Excel / Microsoft Office Suite and other technical business tools
•    Minimum experience of 3 – 5 years
•    English fluency in both verbal and written form
