The Master Data & SAP Analyst will play a critical role in all facets of NA Mills analytics and SAP Master Data. This includes new data design, development, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance.
The Master Data & SAP Analyst also uses scientific /analytical approaches to survey and present existing data, identifies gaps and needs for additional data, builds/validates required analytic models (classification of materials, resource capacity definitions, throughput optimization, etc.) and has the ability to take part in or direct the systems implementation process as well as sustain these data models in SAP.
The Master Data & SAP Analyst creates and maintains SAP Master Data (PP/PI).
This role will require working on multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with various cross-functional teams, trouble shoots SAP errors and data issues and trains all levels of the organization on usage as well as develops a basics to SAP training module for new hires.
Participate in a cross functional SMI team to reduce inventory.
1. Knowledge or Learning Aptitude
Develop Master Data structures in partnership with business stakeholders and other IS delivery teams including
data management tools, standards and metrics.
Identify and resolve data/information gaps to meet business goals.
Create and maintain SAP Master Recipes, BOMs, Resources, etc.
Extract, consolidate and compile data from various data sources.
Build analytical models to solve specific business problems.
Participate in meetings to understand business problems and objectives.
Build a relationship with project stakeholders/ business partners.
Define technical requests for Timet’s IS department to perform, such as detailed data linking, custom table or
program creation requests.
Ensure compliance with defined standards and processes.
Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to provide decision support to business users.

Degree in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Systems Engineering or with equivalent practical experience
Systems development & Integration experience
Analytics and data design experience
Characteristic based planning experience
Proof of US citizenship, nationality, and/or permanent resident status in order to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.
