The consolidation combines the synergy of two fastener organizations to create a best-in-class facility.
to complete full set ups of assembly machines as well as perform in process
inspection tasks verifying quality to performance. Level two may also work in
final assembly to assemble complete fastener products from fastener components.
This includes the knowledge and use of basic measuring tools, optical
comparators, test plates, and installation guns, in addition to validating the
quality of upstream product. They will also demonstrate advanced trouble
shooting including equipment and product, a knowledge of material types, in
addition to executing full equipment PM tasks.
